Involve Key Stake Holders

You pick your raters. They give you suggestions to try going forward each month. 

Take Action on Ideas

You will schedule consistent action on the ideas you receive from the stake holders (or positivity partners, as I like to call them).

Follow Up with Stake Holders

Listening and consistent follow up (with my secret sauce recipe) are the keys to progress and shifting perception.

We will use each coaching session to tackle issues, celebrate progress and remove obstacles.
